Andrew Cratsenberg Jr. has completed his graduation from the University of Puget in 1988. After completing his graduation, he went the Law School of Seattle University, where he was among the top ten percent of students in his class who earned a distinction in law. After completing his degree, he was appointed as the member of the bar for the State of Washington in 1997. Andrew Cratsenberg Jr has been practicing law for more than 18 years and he takes a voluntary retirement from practicing law in 2015 in order to focus towards his companies in the real estate industry.

Being a real estate agent, Andrew Cratsenberg Jr has acquired a commercial retail building that is located at 1575 Wilmington Drive, DuPont, Arizona at a price of $920,000 through his company Elite Property Investments, LLC, which is a Washington state corporation. His property is given on lease to four tenants that include Nail Spa, Fortune Cookie Chinese & Thai Cuisine, Pure Elegance Salon and H&R Block.  Andrew Cratsenberg Jr. further explains that this property is located in the heart of downtown DuPont. He further says that DuPont are occupied by a number of brands that includes Starbucks, Pizza Hut and McDonald’s.
