Andrew Cratsenberg has been graduated from the University of Puget in 1988. Later on, he went to Seattle University Law School where he was graduated among the top ten percent student of his class earning a distinction in law in 1997. After receiving his degree, Andrew Cratsenberg became a member of the bar for the State of Washington in 1997. He has been practicing law for 18+ years and has taken his voluntary retirement from practicing Law in 2015 in order to focus on his companies in real estate. From DuPont, Washington to Phoenix, Arizona, a seasoned property investor.

Andrew Cratsenberg continues to add to his extensive portfolio of commercial real estate sites. Through his company Elite Property Investments, LLC, Andrew Cratsenberg has recently acquired a commercial retail building located at DuPont Station, Washington.  He says that DuPont has seen rapid development in recent years, with the population almost doubling in a little over a decade. As a result, both commercial and residential properties in the area have seen significant increases in value. He also acquired the commercial retail building located on Wilmington Drive, DuPont. He isalso investing heavily in and around Phoenix, Arizona and one of the properties acquired by Andrew Cratsenberg through his company Ahwatukee Hills Plaza, LLC, is the commercial retail building located in Phoenix, Arizona.
