Butch Cratsenberg is a known lawyer from 18 years, but in 2015 he has resigned from his job and start focusing towards a real estate industry business. He had owned a vast amount of across Arizona, Phoenix. After completing his studies in law Butch Cratsenberg was appointed as one of the member of Bar of Washington. He also owned a company with the name of Elite Investment, LLC through which he acquired a commercial retail building which is situated at DuPont Station, Washington.

He has also donated a charity of large amount to the Federal Way Public School as his aim was to help the student of the school in their overall growth and development. Through their successful property business, Butch Cratsenberg and his family had acquired this site of a former well-known pizza restaurant that is located in Federal Way with the aim of developing the abandoned property for several ongoing uses. This property also has a school that is being destroyed by the fire in 1980, thus in order to facilitate the development of a Federal Way Public School district they are  agreed on a deal to sell this property to the educational institution for its overall growth and development. He also owned a number of properties located on the Northern Cave Creek road which is also owned by him.
